These agents help businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and also empower government entities to enhance security, intelligence, and operational efficiencyPosition DescriptionThis position is responsible for integrating Accrete products into client environments with rigorous security protocols and processes. A successful candidate will map existing Accrete security software and processes to client environments to ensure equal or greater adherence to the client’s practices.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Accrete’s Manager of Cloud Security and staff to understand key dependenciesResearch and communicate unique client security needs to Accrete’s CISO and Manager of Cloud Security to reduce code drift and divergent security practicesImplement compliant identity management and data handling processes using a variety of custom and off-the-shelf softwareIdentify and recommend base code modifications in order to meet client security requirementsSkillsFive or more years’ work experience working with user identity management systemsExperience with user activity monitoring and auditingExtensive knowledge of operating system and database securityProficiency in networking technologies, network security and network monitoring solutionsDetail-oriented person with a passion for proper practice alignment and documentationStrong commitment to protecting client confidentiality while collaborating with enabling Accrete colleaguesFamiliarity with or a desire to master cloud platforms like AWS and AzureExperience communicating complex technical issues to C-suite level audiencesExperience with or a strong willingness to learn CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-171A resilient and adaptable mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and tasks that are not always thoroughly outlinedRequirementsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Information Technology SystemsMust hold a TOP SECRET/SCI with counterintelligence polygraphIdeal Candidate Will HaveExperience in the Department of Defense or Intelligence CommunityExperience working with need-to-know security authentication and identity management systemsExperience working in AWS and Azure environmentsCompTIA Security+ CertificationSome experience coding in Java, Python, R, or C/C++Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI PolygraphCultural Fit & ValuesAt Accrete, success goes beyond technical expertise—we value innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
