(Depending on Experience)Summary:The leasing agent will be responsible for the leasing & marketing for multi-family residential apartments while maintaining positive resident relations.Responsibilities:Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.Assist in monitoring renewals.
