Weekend Caregivers - All 3 shifts

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while providing companionship and daily support.Key Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityPrepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferencesPerform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living areasMonitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or environmentMedication remindersProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities (if applicable)Follow care plans and document services providedMaintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all timesQualifications:Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is required)Ability to lift 25–50 pounds, depending on client needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and a strong work ethic1-year hands-on caregiving experience is preferred, but not requiredJob Requirements:18 years old or moreHave a valid IDAble to pass a PA criminal background checkAble to pass an FBI background check if you have not been a PA resident for 2 yearsTB ClearanceWhy Join Independent Home Health?Flexible schedulingWeekly Pay $17/hrCaribou Rewards ProgramClose to home assignmentsSupportive teamMeaningful one-on-one care with clientsOpportunity to make a difference in someone's lifeNo experience?
