They're known for their rigorous compliance standards, strong agency relationships, and commitment to quality work that serves the public.DescriptionOversee all MEP onsite activities for healthcare and hospital construction projects.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
Manage MEP subcontractors, sequencing, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with public works requirements, healthcare codes, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Work closely with Project Managers, facility teams, inspectors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
ProfileA successful MEP Superintendent should have:Proven experience supervisingMEP scopes on healthcare and hospital projects .
Strong understanding of complex building systems, life-safety requirements, and regulated environments.
Confident field leader with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under strict schedules.
