Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing and executing an education strategy that aligns with the goals of a specific line of business and the organization's learning methodology and culture. It includes developing and nurturing consultative partnerships across the organization, analyzing performance gaps and learning needs, recommending strategic performance solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness and results of these solutions. The role involves coaching and developing team members, providing instructional strategies for instructor-led, web-based, and blended solutions, fostering and maintaining strong client-facing relationships, autonomously managing multiple complex initiatives, participating with teams and consulting with customers and internal workgroups, coordinating communication plans, and managing project activities related to divisional and enterprise implementations. The role will support the Clinical Operations teams.Required Job QualificationsBachelor Degree in Human Resource Development or related field plus 4 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting OR 8 years of experience in instructional design, performance consultingConsultative communication and negotiation skillsEffective communication in visual, verbal, and written formsDemonstrated technical aptitude and analytical skill setAbility to manage multiple, complex projects independently and efficientlySound inductive and deductive reasoningExperience working with others to analyze information, evaluate results, and identify appropriate solutionsCapable of overcoming obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goalsAble to apply accepted and emerging adult learning theories and instructional design trends on the jobPreferred Job QualificationsMaster Degree in Human Resource Development or related field3 years of learning and development experience in a corporate or business settingAbility to establish and nurture partnerships with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter expertsClinical Operations experienceRole is HYBRID with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week.Employment StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employment employer dedicated to providing a welcoming environment where the unique differences of our employees are respected and valued.
