Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing and executing an education strategy that aligns with the goals of a specific line of business and the organization's learning methodology and culture. It includes developing and nurturing consultative partnerships across the organization, analyzing performance gaps and learning needs, recommending strategic performance solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness and results of these solutions. The role involves coaching and developing team members, providing instructional strategies for instructor-led, web-based, and blended solutions, fostering and maintaining strong client-facing relationships, autonomously managing multiple complex initiatives, participating with teams and consulting with customers and internal workgroups, coordinating communication plans, and managing project activities related to divisional and enterprise implementations.
