Sr. Machine Learning Engineer
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. In this role, you will help build and improve machine learning systems that power personalized user experiences at scale. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to advance model performance across multiple areas of the business. The work will emphasize deep learning, recommendation quality, and rapid experimentation in a high-impact environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $246,916 – $332,012 annually
Responsibilities:
Build advanced technology using deep learning and machine learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ML models across various product areas. Utilize data-driven methods to optimize candidate retrieval. Engage in rapid experimentation and product launches in a high-impact environment. Stay updated on industry trends in recommendation systems.
Qualifications:
PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 2 years of experience in machine learning or software engineering roles. Proficiency in Java for scalable backend services. Experience with machine learning model experimentation and improvement. Familiarity with large-scale recommendation algorithms and Natural Language Processing.
