Job Description:We have a total of two positions available, with one opening for each on the 2nd and 3rd shifts.Mars Wrigley - Team Member: Palletizer Operator- Elizabethtown, PA Pay: Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour+ and shift premiumThis site manufactures DOVE chocolateCurrent Shift Schedule (2026)This schedule outlines the standard shifts from Monday to Friday:2nd Shift (Afternoon): 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift (Night) 10:30 PM – 7:00 AMShift preferences will be discussed during the screening processFuture Shift Schedule (2027):Transition to a 12-hour night or day shift schedule (Further details will be provided)Description of Role:The Team Member- Palletizer Operators are responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities through using forklifts to transport products for shipping using a forklift.What are we looking for?Minimum Requirements:High school diploma, GED or equivalent education1+ years’ experience within a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience operating forkliftsProficient in computer software’s including MS Office and e-mailPhysical Requirements:Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hoursCapable of working in hot, cold and wet conditionsProficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machinesForklift certifiedOSHA certificationKnowledge of inventory control principlesExperience with SAP or other warehouse management systemWhat will be your Key Responsibilities?
