About UsWe are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our wireless power solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing firmware for 32-bit MCUs (e.g. Cortex-M0) to meet diverse customer requirements. You will also gain exposure to Linux driver development and have the opportunity to work directly with clients, providing technical support throughout product validation. Key Responsibilities Develop, debug, and maintain wireless charging firmware based on customer requirementsCustomize and optimize Linux device drivers to support product integration and testingProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers during product validation and acceptance testingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, project management) to ensure seamless project executionCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (specifications, rest reports, user manuals)Participate in product launch phases, including occasional overtime as needed to critical milestonesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)3+ Years of hands-on experience in embedded software development using 32-bit MCUs (Cortex-M0, M3, M4, etc.)Proficiency in C programming for bare-metal or RTOS-based embedded systemsExperience reading schematics and using debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD debuggers)Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with a patient and collaborative approach to problem-solvingWilling to work extra hours during critical product launch phasesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in wireless charging technology (WPC/Qi, power transfer, communication protocols)Linux kernel or device driver development experience (e.g.. I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO drivers)Familiarity with version control systems(GIT) and CI/CD workflowsExperience in customer-facing technical support or field application engineering
