Candidates must have recent heavy equipment operating experience and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and productivity.Responsibilities:Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, and other machinery as assignedPerform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenanceLoad, move, and transport materials on job sites efficiently and safelyFollow all company safety procedures and project guidelinesAssist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handlingMaintain clean and organized work areasReport equipment issues, hazards, or maintenance needs promptlyRequirements:5–7 years of recent heavy equipment operating experience requiredValid CDL requiredClean driving record requiredMust be available to work overtime hours and weekends as neededAbility to work outdoors xaygatp in varying weather conditionsStrong understanding of equipment safety proceduresAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor when neededDependable attendance and strong work ethicSchedule & CompensationFull-time positionStarting pay at $21.00 per hourMUST be able to work Overtime and Weekends#2606MS
