Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As our FP&A Manager, you\'ll play a key role inbudgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for ETC, a globalmanufacturing business, to drive smarter decisions and continuousimprovement. What You\'ll Do Lead the global annual budgeting process,quarterly forecasts, and long term financial planning Oversee costaccounting, including standard cost systems, manufacturing variances,margin analysis, and inventory reporting Provide financial analysis andinsights to support product costing, pricing, capital investments, andnew product development Manage project accounting, including budgeting,cost tracking, and variance analysis Develop and review management andboard level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs Drive continuousimprovement in financial processes, reporting tools, and controlsOversee treasury activities including cash flow planning, foreignexchange, debt management, and bank reporting Collaborate crossfunctionally and support audits, transfer pricing, and complianceactivities Lead, coach, and develop a high performing finance teamInterested parties are asked to complete an application today.
