Spiffs and bonus program- paid out monthly * Qualifications 2+ years of install experience Residential and / or light commercial retrofit experience EPA Certified Install NATE certified or willing to obtain Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Certification from trade school - desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
