MS SQL Developer

* *Title* *–* MS SQL * *Location –* Irving, Tx (Hybrid from day 1). *Job description:* * Audit deliverables for all Internal/External Audits. * Management – liaise with Data Support, SMI and TICM Teams to resolve process related issues. * up databases and related processes for Non-ESM products; troubleshooting issues related to Non-ESM file processing. * data setup for testing any bug fixes, application release. * the MSSQL reports and automated alerts as per business requirements. * with DBAs and/or CATE DEV team for database/application performance issues. * any data mismatch/data integrity issues. * with DBAs and development team to address bug fixes, production issues and any new enhancements. * and publishing key reports based on the business requirements. * tuning, advanced queue management, migration of DTS packages to SSIS, extensive report automation. * must address all tickets escalated by L2 team and assigned to L3 team. * production issues/ outages and scheduled activities during weekends. * closely with onsite Application Product Manager, ADS and AIS teams to achieve desired outcome. * identify areas of improvement or prevention of gaps and provide quality of service to clients. * have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
