Cafe Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cafe Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and coffee, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages, including coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces, counters, and equipment. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Experience in food preparation or customer service is a plus but not required. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
