Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Dotloop management system, have the ability to oversee a team of virtual assistants for task management, handle and streamline volume efficiently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of real estate transaction processes.Responsibilities:Manage real estate transactions from contract to closeCoordinate timelines, documents, and communication between transaction partiesOversee and lead a team of virtual assistantsEnsure all required signatures and documentation are completed and filed in Dotloop before transaction closeKeep all parties updated throughout the transaction processReview contracts for accuracy and complianceMeet critical deadlines with strong attention to detailMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communicationsQualifications:A valid Real Estate License is required for this jobDriven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experienceMinimum 1 year Transaction Coordinator experience or in a similar real estate administrative roleProficiency in Dotloop, Outlook, and Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyExperience performing with high-volume transactions and creating efficienciesTech-savvy with a proactive problem-solving mindsetAbout Company:Century 21 Everest is a nationally recognized, award-winning real estate brokerage dedicated to empowering agents and delivering exceptional client experiences.
