With deep expertise across food, beverage, and nutrition, our teams develop high-quality taste solutions that inspire innovation and elevate everyday experiences.Your Role in Synergy's SuccessHow You Will ContributeJob ResponsibilitiesFollow standard instructions to measure or weigh ingredientsLifting of heavy drums and bags and wearing proper PPEStrictly follow detailed instructions to monitor equipment, control temperatures and consistency of the mixes.Work in a faced paced environment able to multi-task and perform under pressure while remaining flexible.Sample and test for various attributes from the mixes after completionFollow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaningFilling out necessary paperwork and batch sheets that accompany mixes compoundedRequirementsHS Diploma/GED Required, Some College PreferredExperience Compounding in other industriesDisplay basic math skillsChemical experience is a plusAbility to multitask or handle multiple simultaneous projects and priorities.Good communication skills verbal and written.
