Customer Service Representative
Prestigious Computer Society is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an office environment. The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to multitask. This position involves responding daily to inquiries, complaints, and concerns from members, subscribers, the computing community, and the public. Inquiries may arrive via phone, email, mail, fax, and live chat. Additionally, this role includes processing new memberships, renewals, subscriptions, and single-copy orders, as well as upselling and cross-selling products and services.Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for assisting customers with product and service inquiries. A working knowledge of MS Office is required.
