People Operations Manager
To support a growing organization, the full-time People Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations including onboarding and compliance, lead HR technology strategy and automation initiatives, and provide analytical insights to enhance organizational health.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily People Operations tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with employment laws
Lead the configuration and optimization of HR technology systems and implement automation to improve efficiency
Develop executive-level dashboards and synthesize people data into actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
Demonstrated experience building scalable HR Operations infrastructure in high-growth environments
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience in evaluating and optimizing HR systems
Working knowledge of immigration processes and federal employment law, particularly in California
Experience in designing workflow automations that reduce manual effort
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create dashboards and translate data into executive recommendations
