You will play a key role in modernizing processes, supporting platform transformations, and enabling self-service insights across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder EngagementPartner directly with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows, challenges, and strategic objectives.Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical groups to ensure successful solution delivery.Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders across multiple business functions.Analytics & Business IntelligenceDesign, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that empower users with actionable insights.Develop data-driven metrics and performance indicators to support operational and strategic decision-making.Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance reporting capabilities and data visibility.Apply data modeling and business intelligence best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability.Automation & Solution DevelopmentDesign and develop automation solutions that streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrations, and workflow automation capabilities.Develop high-quality, maintainable code to support data processing, integrations, and business applications.Modernize legacy solutions and transition processes to more scalable and sustainable platforms.Support platform migrations by analyzing downstream impacts and updating reporting, analytics, and automation workflows accordingly.Innovation & Technology EnablementIdentify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation to improve business outcomes.Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to evaluate and implement innovative solutions.Contribute to the development of analytics and automation roadmaps that align with organizational priorities.Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to analytics, data platforms, automation, and artificial intelligence.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, data solutions, or related disciplines.Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.Advanced SQL skills and experience designing and developing business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions.Strong programming experience with Python for automation, data processing, integrations, and workflow development.Hands-on experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms and enterprise analytics environments.Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting architecture, and business intelligence best practices.Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or platform migration initiatives.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience modernizing or replacing legacy automation and workflow solutions.Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with the ability to identify practical business applications.Experience working within highly regulated, data-intensive, or operationally complex industries.Familiarity with API integrations, cloud technologies, and scalable data architectures.Experience driving self-service analytics adoption and data literacy initiatives.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority.What Success Looks LikeDelivering analytics and automation solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.Building trusted relationships with business stakeholders and becoming a valued strategic partner.Successfully modernizing legacy processes and enabling scalable, sustainable solutions.Empowering users through self-service reporting and actionable insights.Driving innovation through data, automation, and emerging technologies.Translating business challenges into practical, high-impact technical solutions.
