Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor – Security Code 4 Private Security Pay: $24.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Code 4 Private Security is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Field Supervisor to support our security operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in the field, conducting site inspections, supervising security officers, and covering open posts when necessary . Responsibilities Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site inspections Ensure security officers are following post orders and company/client policies Inspect uniforms, appearance, equipment, and overall officer performance Review Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident documentation Address and document employee performance concerns Assist with coaching and training security officers Respond to call-outs, staffing issues, and operational concerns Cover security posts/shifts when necessary Travel between multiple client locations Maintain communication with Dispatch and Operations Assist with new account start-ups and site training when needed Requirements Valid California Guard Card Valid California Driver’s License Clean driving record required Reliable transportation Previous security experience required Supervisory or lead security experience preferred Must be willing to drive between multiple job sites Must be willing to cover open posts when needed Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, professional, and punctual Flexible availability, including weekends and different shifts as operationally needed Compensation $24.00 per hour We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who can lead by example, maintain professional standards at our client locations, and step in to support the team when needed.
