Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet and engage customers with a positive, friendly attitude. Accurately take and enter orders into the point-of-sale system. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations. Drink & Food PreparationPrepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Ellianos standards. Maintain consistency in drink quality, speed, and presentation. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures when preparing pastries and snacks. Store OperationsOperate cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Keep the coffee bar, workstations, and customer areas clean and organized. Restock supplies and maintain inventory as needed. Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines. TeamworkCollaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations. Support new team member training and uphold Ellianos standards. Communicate effectively with shift leaders and management. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior barista, food service, or retail experience a plus - but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of time. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
