Duties Prepare and serve a variety of frozen desserts and beverages with precision and enthusiasm Operate simple ice making machinery for preparing Rita's proprietary recipes; capable of lifting up to 40 pounds Keep digital production records and monitoring inventory Manage food handling responsibilities including scooping, mixing, and maintaining product quality Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests, upselling items, and creating a welcoming environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to apply due to food safety regulations Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is a plus!
