Are you passionate about digital strategy and building strong client relationships? ZAG Interactive is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic agency that values creativity, collaboration, and results.As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You’ll manage multiple accounts, partner with internal teams, and advocate for client goals by identifying innovative solutions and growth opportunities. Your role will be critical in driving projects forward and exceeding expectations.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships, maintain, and enhance interactions with identified clients, while serving as the trusted advisor and main liaison for clientsTake initiative and identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and achieve measurable resultsDevelop strategic plan to communicate new ideas / cross-sell ZAG servicesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital solutionsEnsure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectivesStay up to date on features of all ZAG services as well as overall industry technologies and trendsProvide capacity planning for client initiativesManage Zoho CRM account dataTrack hours used for each client and report both internally as well as to the client, when applicableProduce statements of work and requirements gathering documentationReport directly to the AVP of Account ManagementWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in digital account management, digital agency or related roles. Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycleSkills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
