The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and municipal codes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee a team, including scheduling, tracking project progress, and allocating resourcesDevelop cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project expensesWork with clients, Project Managers, and construction management to set budgets and timelinesArrange delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliersPlan schedules for workers and subcontractorsRecruit and assign tasks to additional subcontractorsKeep a daily log of site activities and report to management as neededModify operations as necessary to meet construction deadlinesApply cost-effective and efficient management strategiesQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standardsExperience with tenant improvements, remodels, building additions, and/or ground-up projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressureProficiency in project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferredBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary401(k) with company matchMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistance
