Have Food Handlers Permit or obtain one within 30 days of employment Able to work (25-35 hours/week) weekdays, weekends, night and/or holidays Ability to handle stress under pressure Ability to provide quality customer service Ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. espresso machine) Ability to accurately exchange currency with the customers Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment Ability to read and follow recipes direction accurately every time. Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Able to lift weight up to 50LBS Can stand for long periods of time Honesty, integrity and take initiative Responsibilities: Greet customers and take food and drink orders Opens and/or closes the business as scheduled Operate the cash register Accurately handles cash and reconciles change due to customers Prepare food and drinks as per Boba Nation guidelines Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the work stations and kitchen area Possess a strong sense of teamwork Keep track of inventory and restock as needed Must be able to maintain regular and punctual attendance Promoting positive guest relations by delivering exceptional customer service Serving Customers The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
