Role Description MRS BPO, LLC is seeking a full-time Controller to oversee and manage the organization's accounting and financial functions. The Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies. They will lead a team of finance professionals, streamline reporting processes, implement efficient financial controls, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. This is an on-site role based in Evesham, NJ, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic, forward-thinking organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingProven experience with compliance, risk management, and regulatory standardsProficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft ExcelLeadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectivelyExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsCPA certification is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)Prior experience in a financial services or accounts receivable-driven business is advantageous
