This role plays a vital part in fostering a culture where employees feel safe, supported, and empowered to do their best work.The ideal candidate enjoys a balance of hands-on coordination, data analysis, and collaboration, and is passionate about injury prevention, wellness initiatives, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate workplace safety programs, injury prevention initiatives, and OSHA compliance effortsManage workers' compensation claims, employee injury reporting, and return-to-work processesSupport and promote employee wellness programs focused on health, attendance, and injury reductionTrack, analyze, and report safety incidents, injury trends, and workers' compensation dataPartner with leadership and internal teams to improve safety practices and employee well-beingDevelop and deliver safety and wellness communications and trainingEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable policies and regulationsJob Requirements QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional certification (e.g., Safety, Health, Nursing, Therapy, Wellness, or similar)2-4 years of experience in safety, wellness, HR, or workers' compensationStrong organizational, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and present information to individuals or groupsComfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking metricsValid driver's licenseTo see a full listing of all our open positions, please visit:https://www.redshiftrecruiting.com/jobs-hiring-near-me
