Lead Bioinformatics Scientist

Seeking a remote full-time Lead Bioinformatics Scientist, this position will manage the development of innovative bioinformatics solutions, collaborate with R&D teams, and perform sophisticated analyses of genomic datasets to support diagnostic testing initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with R&D scientists to develop new assays and measurement technologies Performs complex analyses of genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools Develops and optimizes analysis pipelines and bioinformatics algorithms for clinical applicationsRequired QualificationsPh.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, genetics, or computer science 3 or more years of experience in biotechnology 5 or more years of experience in programming languages relevant to bioinformatics, such as Python, R, Perl, or Java
