Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com.This Role In SummaryWe are currently seeking qualified candidates for a position within Material Analyst, Warehouse Supervisor.This role is onsite at our Cleveland, TN facility.The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to our internal materials group to successfully provide innovative methods for material flow, process redesigns, and improvement. This includes managing hourly group leaders and material handlers while working with production and engineering in accordance with Whirlpool's values and goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeSolid understanding of lean concepts, material flow, quality and productivity/efficiency projectsAccountable for developing the most efficient flow of material through the facilityAchieve Safety, Delivery and Cost goalsLead receiving in the Purchase warehouse to accurately and timely inbound raw materialDrive a culture of Safety, Accountability, and AccuracyDrive cross functional relationships to help achieve plant goals, communication and teamworkMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years of materials management, warehousing or distribution experiencePreferred Skills And Experiences1+ years of experience leading or supervising people1+ years SAP experienceSix Sigma Green BeltManufacturing and supply chain concepts and parts flowDeveloping and using standard of work (SOP’s)WCM knowledge: focus on LogisticsUse of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)Lean Concepts or Change Management experienceWhat We OfferGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
