Private Housekeeper

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Private Housekeeper to support a HNW household in Austin, TX. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys being a trusted presence in the home and providing high-level personal service to the principals.Schedule: 5 days per week. Ideally, a combination of weekdays and weekends that works with your schedule.6:00-1:30PM or 1:00-9:00PM are the shifts. Ideally, the 1-9PM shift but willing to work with your schedule as well.Work Type: Full Time hourly position. $35-40/hrPrimary ResponsibilitiesDaily and ongoing housekeeping, including light to moderate cleaning and upkeepSpot cleaning throughout the home to maintain a consistently tidy environmentCloset organization and maintenance (seasonal rotations, order, inventory awareness)Linen management (bed making, towel and sheet rotation, organization, and care)Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of personal living spacesEnsuring household supplies are stocked and organizedIdentifying areas that need attention and proactively addressing themWorking respectfully around principals while maintaining privacy and discretionAdditional Duties (as needed)Supporting special projects such as deep organization or seasonal resetsCoordinating with other household staff if applicableQualifications & ExperiencePrior experience working in a private household preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage time efficiently and work independentlyProfessional demeanor with a high level of discretion and trustworthinessComfortable working long shifts on designated daysPhysically capable of performing household tasks (standing, lifting, bending)
