The only thing missing is you!Benefis Health System is looking to add a full-time gastroenterology APP to an established practice in Great Falls, Montana. The practice serves 70,000 Great Falls residents as well as 275,000 residents across north central Montana.Details:Joining a team of 6 outpatient Gastroenterology physicians (full time and per diem), 3 GI hospitalist physicians (full time and per diem), 3 outpatient APPs and 1 inpatient APP.Hospital employed, outpatient practice setting working full time 4- or 5-day work week – experienced required as this is an independent practice modelGastroenterologists in clinic for ½ days each week, and are otherwise in endoscopy doing cases but are available by phone or messenger for questionsMonthly education sessions scheduled to promote mentorship, growth and collaboration between physicians and APPsIf a 5-day work week is desired, 1 day per week may be available for inpatient work supporting the GI hospitalist program based on interestsNewly remodeled clinic space and brand new 22,000 sq ft outpatient endoscopy lab with 8 endo suitesWhy we stand outStand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system led by a CEO with a 20+ year tenureOver 400 employed providers on medical staffRegional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and more!Patient focused, quality community and regional medical careEpic electronic medical record and good clinical support staffing structuresHow We Support YouNationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses33 days paid time off (28 days PTO, 5 days CME)Relocation assistanceAnnual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues5-7% retirement matchPaid malpractice + tailProvider wellness programs focused on personal and professional developmentMonthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issuesCommunity Information: Great Falls is known as Montana’s base camp for art and adventure with a city population of 70,000, and a draw of over 275,000 people in north central Montana.
