Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our growing group private practice in Riverside, CA. We are currently hiring both Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will support clients in navigating mental health challenges, building coping skills, and achieving meaningful personal growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.This is a W-2 paid position offering clinical support, professional development, and a strong referral base.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewingMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal/ethical standardsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededProvide crisis intervention and support during high-risk situationsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team when appropriateParticipate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing trainingQualificationsFor Associate Therapists (AMFT)Registered with the California Board of Behavioral SciencesMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related fieldAbility to work under supervision and openness to clinical feedbackStrong foundational clinical skills and willingness to growJob OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our growing group private practice in Riverside, CA.
