Process Engineer

Overview In this role you will plan, direct, and optimize manufacturing processes in Buffalo Grove, contributing to scalable, repeatable production systems. You will support KPIs like OEE, Yield, and Downtime, troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment, and drive process improvements and ECO implementation. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure robust manufacturing methods and clear process documentation.
