OverviewThe CDL OTR Driver for Dedicated Route ORD/LAX/DFW is responsible for transporting goods across long distances while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. The driver will operate a commercial vehicle on a dedicated route, providing timely and efficient delivery services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Pay - .55 Cpm On Duty / Non Driving Hourly - $30/hrResponsibilitiesTransport goods safely and efficiently over long distancesAdhere to all federal and state regulations regarding transportationComplete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedulesHandle cargo loading and unloading as neededEnsure timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of safetyReport any issues or concerns with the vehicle or cargo immediatelyMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of OTR driving experienceClean driving record with no major violationsAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAvailability to work flexible hours and weekends as neededPreferred Requirements:Experience with dedicated routesHazmat endorsement is a plusAbility to drive trailers of various lengths and typesFamiliarity with routes in the Midwest regionCustomer service experience in transportation industry
