Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee Program role based in Lyndhurst, NJ. The role involves participating in structured training programs to develop leadership and management skills, assisting with program management, and fostering customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business performance, collaborating across departments, contributing to decision-making processes, and delivering top-tier customer service experiences. The role aims to prepare candidates for future leadership positions within the company. Qualifications Strong skills in Program Management with the ability to organize, implement, and evaluate projects effectivelyExcellent Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insightsExceptional Communication skills for clear interaction with teams and clientsExperience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goalsProficiency in Customer Service to enhance and maintain satisfaction and relationshipsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environmentWillingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured training program
