Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Coordinate seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings to ensure every individual feels welcomed and ready for care+ Capture the patient's story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with the high-quality data needed for precise clinical decisions.+ Facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, ensuring patients receive the follow-up services they need without delay.+ Support the clinical flow by managing front-of-house communications and maintaining medical supplies so the care team can remain focused on the patient.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Approved credentialing bodies include, but may not be limited to: American Medical Technologists, National Healthcare Assoc, National Center for Competency Testing, National Assoc for Health Professionals and American Assoc of Medical Assistants.Education:+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
