Role Description We are hiring a Controller Chief Financial Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Oakland, CA. In this leadership position, the successful candidate will oversee financial planning, strategies, and analysis, while managing accounting operations, financial controls, and budget processes. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial reporting, analyzing potential risks, driving cost controls, and developing long-term financial strategies. This individual will collaborate with the executive management team to facilitate business growth while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial AnalysisProven experience in Financial Planning, Strategic Forecasting, and Risk ManagementProficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Reports and maintaining Regulatory ComplianceDemonstrated ability in Cost Control, Cash Flow Management, and Investment PlanningLeadership experience in managing accounting teams and cross-functional collaborationExcellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferredExperience in a rapidly growing or dynamic industry is a plus
