Job Title : Java Developer with ReactJob location : Charlotte, NCJob Type: ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with a strong frontend focus on React and Spring Boot–based microservices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications and RESTful services for enterprise-grade platforms, particularly within regulated or high‑availability environments.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (React – Strong Focus)Design and develop modern, responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React (Hooks, Context API, Redux)Build reusable, modular UI components using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs using REST/JSONOptimize UI performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state managementCollaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality user experiencesBackend (Java & Spring Boot Microservices)Design and develop Spring Boot microservices following RESTful and microservices architecture principlesImplement business logic using Java (8/11/17+), Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/HibernateBuild secure APIs with OAuth2, JWT, and role-based access controlsEnsure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance using resilient design patternsIntegrate with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)Required SkillsStrong proficiency in React (v16+ / v18 preferred)Solid backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot microservicesREST API design and integration expertiseExperience with SQL and ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate)Hands-on experience with Git, build tools, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
