Project Managers at Gray Matter Logic are expected to bring vision and ambition to AI-enabled consulting delivery.As a Project Manager at Gray Matter Logic, you will oversee the full project lifecycle-from initial planning and stakeholder engagement to execution, change management, and post-launch support. You will collaborate with multiple teams and departments at Gray Matter Logic, to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems that meet organizational objectives and deliver ERP implementation projects for candidates across North America and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & External RelationsRepresent Gray Matter Logic to clients, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders and third partiesEnsure the successful delivery of projects within established timeframes and budgetsInternal CollaborationFollow Gray Matter Logic's implementation methodologyEngage actively in knowledge sharingContribute to the adoption of best practices in Gray Matter Logic implementationsIdentify and communicate potential risks, providing mitigation plans to the management teamTasksDeliver value to Gray Matter Logic customers while managing scope, budget, timeline and risksPrepare resource schedules, forecasts and budgeting reportsFulfill and manage project resource demandsMaintain project plan and schedule in internal Gray Matter Logic systemsSet and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholdersWork comfortably in multiple time zonesApprove outgoing invoices to customersMake timely decisions based on facts, circumstances, needs, and governing the project without compromising commercial and contractual termsEffectively convey information to all key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats through presentations and meetingsDemonstrate the ability to plan, lead, manage, and deliver small to medium projects or major streams of work within larger programsIdentify and manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycleDesign, implement and operate risk and change management processes with justification on financial and program impactResponsibilitiesFoster strong relationships within and outside the project team, ensuring the motivation and inspiration of team members through effective delegation of responsibilitiesManage and resolve conflicts effectively, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and establishing a clear project governance frameworkPossess expectational interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing abilities that prioritize diversity and inclusivityEngage in pre-sales activities with both new and existing customersDesired OutcomesProject execution within the allocated project budget and timelineAccurate resource schedule planning and executionElimination of billing leakagePositive customer and Gray Matter Logic peer feedbackProactive risk identification and migrationRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent academic background, preferably in the field of Information Technology or Business ManagementIn-Depth understanding of ERP implementation Lifecycle and waterfall modelProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent command of both written and spoken English25% Travel is requiredPrior experience in delivering ERP (IFS, Odoo, Acumatica) projects in a relevant industry setting, such as Energy, Utilities & Resources, Construction & Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Industries Familiarity with IFS Contracts (Service Level Agreements and Performance Based Agreements and the ability to interpret them effectively.)Preferred ExperienceAdvanced academic qualification (Master's degree)At least 8 years of proven experience in managing medium to large-scaleEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects (both implementation and upgrades in a project management capacityProficiency in scope management, including the ability to identify and manage scope changesKnowledge of IFS implementation methodologies and the ability to provide expert guidance on theseFamiliarity with IFS Success Offerings (enabled, guided, and tailored)BenefitsFlexible Paid Time OffVanguard 401(k)Company Paid UHC Medical PPO & Delta DentalCompany Paid Long-Term Disability & Group LifeVoluntary Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, Legal Shield, ID Shield
