Antibody Purification - Downstream Process Development Scientist

Duration: 12+ Months ContractWe are seeking a Scientist with strong experience in downstream process development and antibody purification to support biologics and conjugated molecule programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in purification process development, scale-up activities, and analytical assay support for antibodies, ADCs, or antibody–RNA conjugates.Key Responsibilities:Support downstream purification process development and scale-up activitiesPerform antibody purification using chromatography and filtration techniquesSupport process characterization, optimization, and troubleshootingExecute and analyze analytical assays related to purification workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced laboratory environmentPreferred Background:Strong foundation in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, or related fieldExperience with monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, or antibody–RNA conjugatesHands-on downstream processing and purification experienceFamiliarity with analytical assays and process development activitiesExcellent communication and documentation skills
