Compensation: $19.00/hour + monthly bonuses that average roughly $200 per month
We are looking for a warm, friendly person with high standards who provides amazing guest service and hospitality. Ideal candidates have been top performers in their previous roles and are excited to create a memorable experience for guests at Firefall Ranch and Rush Creek and Evergreen Lodges. Our reservationists are responsible for securing lodging for guests, assisting with bookings and activities, addressing billing questions or issues, supporting the online store, and answering questions about the local area. Candidates should have extensive computer knowledge, multi-tasking skills and front desk/reservations and/or related guest service experience. We welcome career-oriented candidates.

Provide exceptional, caring hospitality
Assist guests with room reservations, group bookings, activity bookings
Answer questions and provide guidance to guests with empathy and patience
Support the online retail store in regard to sales, billing, guest service
Respond to all guest correspondence in a timely manner
Comply with work shift schedules and related requirements
Assist with other lodge needs as may arise from time to time

Supervisory responsibilities
Take necessary steps to ensure excellent guest service & hospitality
Respond immediately to any unsafe condition
Work environment and Physical demands
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
Frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, sitting, climbing stairs
Ability to sit, stand continuously
Lifting up to 50 pounds maximum
Shifts of up to 8 hours per day, plus periodic additional overtime hours

Full time and part time positions available immediately
Position is year-round
Hours variable, including nights and weekends as well as situational/crisis availability; a regular schedule with specific days off will be established

Position is located in our reservations office in Groveland CA
