Works on solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Partners with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes.Revises existing system difficulties as necessary.Ensures testing requirements are met.Documents business requirements.May specialize in: SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, and Methodology.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, communications, IT or similar2 years of experience in ITMust have prior experience at an Ecolab location (contractor, temp, or employee2 years’ experience working in customer service or help deskNo immigration sponsorship is available for this role at this timePreferred QualificationsIntermediate to Advanced skills in MS OfficeExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsSelf-motivated and process orientedAnnual Or Hourly Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00.
