Theideal candidate will have experience in Agile/DevOps environments, strong stakeholdermanagement skills, and prior exposure to Embedded, Broadband, or Video domains.Required QualificationsBS/MS degree or equivalent practical experience6 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or combined TPM andengineering experiencePMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferredStrong technical background with the ability to manage and guide complex technicalinitiativesExperience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies within DevOps environmentsExpertise with Jira, Confluence, and SmartsheetExperience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance competing priorities and drive projects to completionExperience in Embedded systems domain, preferably Broadband or Video technologiesPrevious experience in Quality Engineering or Release Management is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage technical program scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program executionBuild and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and tracking documentationIdentify and manage critical paths, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesFacilitate development of program goals, objectives, and success criteriaSupport budgeting and resource forecasting activitiesDrive tradeoff discussions balancing scope, cost, and timelinesTrack program performance and adjust plans to align with business objectivesCommunicate project status, risks, and milestone updates to stakeholders andleadershipManage changes to program scope and ensure proper communication anddocumentationEnsure quality and timely delivery of program deliverablesSupport deployment planning, customer trials, and implementation activitiesWork with stakeholders to manage epics, user stories, and defects through Agile sprintcyclesCollaborate with distributed teams across the USA, Europe, and IndiaDeliver detailed reporting on operational and strategic activities while identifyingprocess improvementsThrive in ambiguous environments and proactively resolve issuesMandatory SkillsTechnical Program ManagementAgile/Scrum MethodologiesPMP or CSM CertificationJira, Confluence, SmartsheetEmbedded Systems Domain ExperienceBroadband/Video Industry ExperienceCross-functional Team LeadershipRisk & Dependency ManagementStakeholder Communication and Reporting
