We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and helping them bring their vision to life.We Offer Paid training and ongoing support Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential Health insurance stipend Vacation and holiday pay Clear opportunities for growth within our company Signing bonus based on experience and performance Locally owned and operated company with a beautiful Orchard Park showroom Rapidly growing business with a strong reputation in the community In-house installation team for better customer experience and project quality How You’ll Get Leads Warm leads provided through company marketing and lead-generation partners Walk-in showroom traffic Referrals from satisfied clients Networking events and community involvement Opportunity to generate your own leads for increased commission opportunities What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen remodeling projects Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision Present solutions across our full range of services including: Cabinet Painting Cabinet Refacing Redooring New Cabinets Countertops Kitchen Tune-Ups and Accessories Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations Utilize basic design software such as SketchUp or similar programs (training provided) Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process Confidently ask for the sale and close projects professionally Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams Attend networking events and represent the company in the community Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals What Makes You a Great Fit Strong sales and customer service skills Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction-related projects with homeowners Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities Self-motivated and goal-driven Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients’ homes Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments Preferred Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in: Home improvement sales Kitchen and bath remodeling Construction sales Flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries Proven track record in sales and closing deals Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred Familiarity with design software is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Commission structure (with a weekly draw) Uncapped earning potential Paid training Health insurance stipend Paid vacation and holidays Growth opportunities within the company Give us a call to learn more — we’re excited to meet the next member of our growing team!Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearKitchen Tune-Up Uplifts People’s LivesKitchen Tune-Up is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise system of committed professionals.
