Thisposition offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects, collaboratewith multidisciplinary teams, and perform design, analysis, and project coordination. The role iswell-suited for both licensed engineers and for those looking to advance toward professionallicensure. High-performing candidates who demonstrate leadership, technical excellence, andcommitment to the firm may be considered for future ownership or partnership opportunitiesas part of our long-term succession and growth strategy.Key Responsibilities Assist with or lead the planning, design, and analysis of civil engineering projects (e.g.,site development, roadway, drainage, utilities, or water resources) Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and technical memoranda Develop construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D and othersoftware. Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies Support permitting and approval processes Perform field observations, site visits, and data collection as needed Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations Support project schedules, budgets, and quality control proceduresRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer license (or ability and plan to obtain) [3+] years of relevant civil engineering experiencePreferred Skills & Experience Experience with site development, land surveying, water/wastewater, or drainage design and land planning.
