Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces through precise construction work, utilizing your extensive knowledge of various building techniques and tools. Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely to move materials and assist in site setup Install rebar, concrete forms, and perform concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity Use hand tools and power tools for framing, carpentry, roofing, plastering, and trim work with precision Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying for both interior and exterior surfaces Conduct renovation projects including restoration work, drywall installation, caulking, and flooring installation Read construction plans thoroughly to coordinate tasks effectively and ensure project specifications are met Operate concrete mixers and concrete pumping equipment efficiently on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and heavy machinery Extensive construction estimating experience for accurate project planning and resource allocation Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, and concrete pumping techniques Skilled in masonry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, roofing, and stucco application Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with ease Hands-on experience with carpentry including trim carpentry and framing work Knowledge of renovation processes such as restoration and flooring installation Familiarity with plastering, caulking, tile laying, and heavy lifting requirements Valid commercial driver’s license for site transportation when necessary Experience operating heavy equipment safely in construction environments Strong understanding of safety regulations related to construction sites Join our team if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship across diverse building projects!
