We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Leader to write the next chapter of Altezza.ABOUT ALTEZZA:Over the past decade, Altezza has evolved alongside the rapidly changing search landscape — from traditional SEO through Google’s continual algorithm evolution and now into the age of AI-driven discovery.Along the way, we’ve helped some of the world’s largest retailers optimize digital search and performance, including JC Penney, Gap, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Royal Caribbean, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cox Automotive, Samsonite, Harley-Davidson, and others.Today, we’re at an inflection point.ABOUT THE ROLE:Our engineering team is developing a new AI-driven platform to continuously evaluate large retailers’ online presence, identifying strengths and weaknesses across search, imagery, and marketing signals, and automatically generating optimized content designed to improve visibility inside the AI-driven search ecosystems.We believe this opportunity deserves dedicated leadership and capital investment.We are seeking an entrepreneur to lead the next phase of Altezza — someone who wants to build, not just manage.This role would include:Leading capital formation and investor conversationsDriving product commercialization and go-to-market strategyWorking directly with our engineering teamLeveraging existing board-level relationships and industry accessBuilding a scalable company around a potentially category-defining productThe ideal candidate will have direct experience:Raising capital, preferably series A and/or seedBringing a new product to market, preferably SaaS or tech-enabled servicesThis is a hands-on, full-time leadership role for a builder and fundraiser comfortable operating at the intersection of AI, ecommerce, and growth.Altezza is a Dallas, TX-based company and the ideal candidate will operate in Dallas, TX.
