Sr. React Native Mobile App Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. React Native Mobile App Developer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.This role will help build and enhance customer-facing enterprise mobile applications that support healthcare operations and deliver a strong user experience. The developer will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, improve, and support mobile solutions that perform reliably at scale. This is a hands-on technical role with responsibilities spanning development, testing, performance optimization, and production support.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Define system scope and objectives using research and fact-finding techniques Design, code, test, debug, and document programs and scripts Develop and implement testing plans and verification methods Optimize application systems and procedures for capacity and performance Respond to system failures and performance issues to minimize downtime Research software and hardware products to support budgeting decisions Serve as a technical resource throughout the development and implementation processesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of systems and programming experience 1 year of experience with information technology concepts and application development Proficiency in one or more programming languages relevant to the role Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teamsBenefits Remote work opportunity aligned with Eastern working hours On-call rotation of 1 week every 6-7 weeks Final interview conducted on-site in Chattanooga, TN Collaboration with cross-functional teams Opportunity to work on customer-facing enterprise mobile applicationsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
