3DEO is seeking a Communication Coordinator to present technical information for a wide audience across several mediums to bolster brand awareness and credibility. As the company’s primary communicator, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and supporting the CEO and Director of Engineering,, the role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a small team to meet goals and deadlines with a product the entire company is proud of.About Us:3DEO engineers have designed and built the world’s most capable Geiger-mode lidar sensors and the data processing systems they rely upon. We provide data that aids disaster relief, business operations, archeological exploration, and military operations. We love this stuff! If you seek fascinating projects and a dynamic work environment, send your cover letter and resume to jobs@3DEOLidar.com. About the Role:We seek a Communication Coordinator with expertise in the following areas:Communication strategy development: Build foundations and implement wide-scale multi-medium communication strategies relevant to a highly technical small business with account-based marketing in coordination with external marketing consultants. Conference preparation and attendance: Orchestrate conference attendance from start to finish including event communication, collateral creation/purchase and internal logistics. External communication: Manage day-to-day external communication with potential leads and customers to provide information and consistent representation of 3DEO.Website editorial review: Provide oversight for website content and edit via CMS to acquire leads, support SEO and improve UX. Social media management: Create and schedule strategic and platform-based content on a weekly basis that promotes 3DEO as a technology leader and trusted advisor. Copy writing: Develop all communication materials, i.e. flyers, press releases, web pages, articles, forms, working across mediums for a variety of audiences. Technical software: Experience with graphic design and video editing platforms. About You:You are a motivated, resourceful communicator who works well on a small team to coordinate efforts. You are able to manage and schedule projects through completion. This position requires in-person presence in our Norwood, MA location. Some travel is required. 3DEO is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
