Whether attending a college, learning a trade, or entering the workforce after high school, at 12 Plus, we believe in every students potential for success. Our organizations impact begins with the Fellows' Initiative. Each year, we recruit a cohort of Fellows: passionate professionals who draw on their lived experiences to empower, challenge, and support students through their post-secondary journeys.Bringing their own unique experiences, Fellows are placed directly in schools and introduce students to a world of ideas, perspectives, and opportunities. From meeting each student on the first day of school to advising them throughout the year to cheering them across the stage at graduation, Fellows are persistent mentors, caring tutors, and trusted advocates. The Fellows Initiative is a 10-month College and Career Readiness (CCR) engagement that opens a channel for professionals to not only impact the culture of Philadelphia and Camden public schools but also develop an understanding of these school systems. As a Fellow, you will serve on the frontlines of our mission, equipping students to break through the barriers in their path. We challenge you to create change not only with our students but also within our cities and yourself. Join us in trailblazing the way toward equal educational opportunity.
