Bartender

Overview We are seeking a friendly, efficient and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The Bartender will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong time management skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, with a passion for bartending and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties - Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Manage cash and operate a point-of-sale system - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and helping guests with their dining experience - Take orders and manage a cash register - Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a cash register - Upsell and promote our catering services to guests - Assist with events and catering functions as needed - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth service - Maintain knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings - Use TOAST POS to manage orders and track sales - Perform retail math to manage inventory and order supplies - Help with other tasks as needed to support the restaurant's operations Qualifications - Previous experience of plus 2 years as a bartender or in a related role - Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Proficiency with TOAST POS - Strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service - Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends - Knowledge of retail math and inventory management - Ability to help with other tasks as needed to support the restaurant's operations - Availability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
